Rush hour on myLot

I guess it never got back to how it used to be after the total change. Those were good times - but then maybe I couldn't cope with that pace anymore as I'm not as quick as I was then I was here on Monday and there was an echo. Today seems busier. I'm an hour ahead of you but six ahead of US so maybe that makes a big difference now. I know her too. We are almost neighbours!

@JimBo452020 I saw your toilet paper post - had me in fits I noticed there are food topics regularly and "ggod morning" posts too - nothing much to discuss there, well not every darn day! It will take me a while to see who is still here I guess. I had made so many friends over the years and hope to find them again. I see you are working here during lockdown. Great idea that. Here we had 10 weeks strict lockdown a year ago from mid-March. Now we have restrictions and some things - swimming pools, gyms, sports centres - are still closed as are cinemas and no live concerts for a year either. Bars abd restaurants close at 6 pm and can then do delivery until 10 pm then curfew sets in until 6 am. Sad thing is that we still have a long way to go methinks.

@mysdianait It's harder work now lol Most of the funny stuff gets lost in translation And there are not many meaty discussions on controversial subjects to debate. But hey, you can make pennies describing your every meal, and what the weather is like as many times.as you want as 75 per cent of " discussions" go there.

Good morning! (oh we need a smiley that is a coffee cup!) I made a coffee right now and decided to come here with it. to see what happens in the morning. I was concerned that I had asked too many questions all in one post I'm just the same offline, alqays inquisitive. On the other hand, you never learn anything if you don't ask

@mysdianait I had a coffee break one hour ago and I stayed longer in the kitchen and prepared a batch of "cantucci". I get lazy in the afternoon. I see people asking plenty of questions all the time, it has never been a violation. We need some more emoticons, a coffee cup for sure.

I check the 'recent discussions' and 'recent activity', refreshing the pages often, to see what is happening but I've not done it often enough to get a better idea yet. I'm not even sure whether it's best to be here when it's quieter in order to catch up or when it's busier - but I will have plenty of spare time to get a plan

Hi there @allen0187 How are you doing? Good to see so many people from the past are still here! Do you prefer it when it's busy? I'm not sure yet as it might be too difficult to keep up with notifiers.

@allen0187 Yes I'm fine too thank you So far so good I seem to manage to be busy doing nothing many days I too am here on and off. Yesterday for most of the day and today I've only just arrived and am catching up right now. We had a new government sworn in today and that took my attention away from everything until now today.

@mysdianait I'm doing good. Hope you are good as well. Busy, not so much. Productive yes. I try my best to answer notifications as soon as I can. If I need to take a break, I take a break.

Yes his response was not very helpful to start with but then it became more interesting I was here later yesterday evening (I'm six hours ahead of myLot) and it was quite busy. Now it's my morning but I've only just arrived so I'm not really sure if there is anyone else or not. I will poke about when I've answered everyone here

@DaddyEvil I hope so too. There is a certain purple lady who does not seem to be active She is the first one who comes to mind but the list os long and gradually maybe I will spot them once I start crawling around

Yes I am thinking the same now too. I have been on every day at different times during this week, except for this morning, and I haven't noticed much difference at all from one time to another. I will just come on and off when I can in between other things. - and ask my questions too

@porwest Yes and when you come back the next day regardless of who is here you caan catch up with notifications Then move on to the posts that appeared while you were sleeping so there is always something to do.

@mysdianait The nice thing about here is that even while you are sleeping, there is still activity going on. The clock never really stops here.

Yes I have realised that during the 14 years that I have been here... but as I have just come back after a break of over a year, I was wondering when there are most people here. When there are many Lotters Lotting there is more possibility for interacting faster

That's what I am doing at the moment but I might have some days when there are no tasks to be done and I can be here much longer.

@TheHorse LOL @ 'suffer' Insommnia is a nuisance. I had experience of it a few months back. Hope it doesn't happen to you often.

It seems that most people are here at several times throughout the day. I will try coming on at different times too hoping to find old friends from years back

@mysdianait When I have insomnia, and post late at night, my friends in Europe and India enjoy me (suffer through me) with their morning coffee or tea.

I think that is what I will be doing. I have been on in the evening yesterday and a longer time this morning (my morning) and it seems to make little difference.

@paigea there were less people this morning so I managed to keep u0p with notifiers. Then I had a break and I see so many came through while I was away. Trying to get through them all is taking a while and I haven't looked at any new stuff Maybe it's best to be here when no-one is around and catch up with everything - or maybe not

Oh you don't sleep? I don't think I will bump into you much as I sleep then - unless I have another phase where I wake up every night at 3 a.m. then I would come here. Hopefully that won't happen though as it messes my days up when it does

@Shiva49 Oh I have never heard of that one. I think though that it's best I stay only here as I'm not sure yet how much time I can be online every day. For me it must be fun and the earnings are a bonus. MyLot fits that description

@mysdianait I am on this site only in terms of online ones. Earlier I was with Associated Content, Yahoo Contributor Network, Wikinut, etc. but they all closed over time. JJ mentioned about a site Bizdustry.com, which maybe you can have a look at.

Oh yes! I remember that it was quieter at the beginning of the month and busier in the last week, now that you have reminded me.

@kaylachan Payout would be nice every month but I prefer the fun reading and commenting. I rarely notice the earnings. Just had a look and they seem to add up quicker than when I was here a year ago

Seems to be a growing trend. I make it a point to put in a few hours everyday. In this way, I'll always be sure I at least, make payout.@mysdianait

I'm not sure at all whether it is best to be here when there are many others or when it is quiet so I am experimenting to find out.

I wasn't here for over a year and that is why I am wondering when there is more activity. It is mid-morning now h Italy and I have done my most important jobs so I can be here for a bit and see what is happening.
