220 muffins in 6 hours and thirty minutes. I honestly thought it will take me more than 8 hours to finish that amount of muffins. It is a good decision I bought additional muffin pans so I can double the production. I am still thinking if I will bake another batch or I will do that tomorrow. I can feel the exhaustion already.

I am sleepy as well. I will probably bake the rest tomorrow. I am done baking for the day.

So far, Yes i think this is the highest ever. The last time I bake 200 muffins. Tomorrow I will bake 300 muffins to complete 510

Additional baking pans really do the work.. You can finish production as soon as you ready all the batter and ready for the next batch once the first one is done
