Early Dinner PB & Banana Sandwich

Has been a beautiful day. Have been out twice for a walk today. Lots of sunshine.
Decided on an early dinner of a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Not the popular Elvis sandwich. He added bacon to his. Just peanut butter, banana and a touch of honey.
Such a good and light dinner. Will catch up on a few posts. Then I am headed to the screen room to enjoy the evening.

That sounds pretty good. I had some leftover roast beef, veggies and potatoes.

I did a pasta dish for dinner with lots of veggies and a nice pumpkin sauce (from a jar). Often, we do takeaway on Fridays, but we just had the other day. I decided that was plenty for the week.

@CarolDM It involved little effort on my part, and it was soft. Since I'm still waiting (due to a backlog) to get in to get a tooth fixed, it's soft foods only for me for now. Needless to say, I've been browsing restaurant menus and thinking about all sorts of crunchy treats that are currently verboten...

You've mentioned this sandwich before Carol if I'm not mistaken? I'm thinking this is a favorite of yours 
Have you ever tried it Elvis's way with the bacon? Peanut butter goes with chocolate and jelly but bacon seems a little much?
