Often times I will cook breakfast for dinner. It has been awhile since I made a breakfast casserole.
You can add your favorite ingredients to this one. I used canned biscuits, sausage, milk, eggs, and cheese.
You can leave off the sausage, add bacon or hash brown potatoes, or of course, whatever you enjoy.
Mix it together and bake it in a casserole dish at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Should be leftovers with this one as well.

Since my husband is gluten intolerant (and GF bread is horrible), it's hard to make a breakfast casserole. I love them, though.

@CarolDM I think I've done really well learning how to cook gluten free for the past couple of years. But I sure wish someone could make a decent loaf of bread. I made a loaf at home one time and straight out of the oven, it was delicious. But a few hours later it was terrible.

@1creekgirl That is too bad. Maybe you can find a better recipe for bread.

Ooh! You’re going the easy route right now, with the grilled cheese and now a breakfast casserole. I don’t blame you. I had an apple and microwaved something from the freezer tonight.

@CarolDM — I gave you my recipe for “instant grilled cheese,” didn’t I? Put two slices of bread in the toaster, put the cheese between the slices as soon as they pop up, and then stick in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese. (Follow me for more recipes, as that Facebook joke says. )

Might have to try for the fiance but no biscuits. He doesn't like them.
