I wonder what happened to Tommy Bop?

When my son was in preschool, his best bud and first friend was Tommy Bop (Aka, Tommy Bock his real name) Everyday when I picked him up he would be talking about Tommy Bop. Tommy Bop spilled his juice. He and Tommy Bop played trucks. Tommy Bop had yellow hair .He and Tommy Bop were on the swings..and other things notable to a 3 year old.He even had a pic taken with Tommy Bop. I am going to talk to son over Christmas and find out if he remembers Tommy Bop. He was the star in our house for several months.

I think Tommy was kind of a miscreant. My son thought he was the cat's meow though..

I remember bits and pieces of being 3. Flashes of things..Even if he doesn't remember, which I think he might...he will find it entertaining to think about.

We think of our kids' past friends too . . . eventually all just went their separate ways . . . yes, what ever happened to them. I have kept in touch with some of the parents through Facebook and seen some of the kids "grow up" through photos, but well, our friendships are now good memories of way back when.

Yes, I think I only met Tommy's parents once or twice. We didn't have the same pick up times.

HA, not worth looking into really. I found out though that my bestie when I was 5 became a plumber like his dad. I met his ex wife one time. He even lived in this state for awhile. I don't think he is here now though.

My eldest daughter too had a friend when she was little. Suddenly she just stopped talking about him.

Well we moved at some point and he went to a daycare provider. Tommy Bop became a person of the past.
