I'm going to sell our residential home in the city proper

Problem. Problem. Problem. We decided to sell our property in the city proper because of a very bad problem. The caretaker came to our other home where we live. It's located outside the city near beaches. We were at rage when the care taker reported the problem this day.
The care taker named Roldan said that human feces were thrown to our lawn despite fenced. He didn't tell me and my siblings that this trespassing happened for many months now. He reported it to the city officials and checked the surveillance camera but they cannot identify the offenders for they're on mask
. One neighbor witnessed group of teenagers throwing their waste almost midnight when no police were around.
The fence and garage are vandalized. I cannot describe my anger for I acquired that property through a housing loan and was fully paid 7 years ago. I already called my broker friend to find a buyer. Why are there humans like these senseless teenagers? I'm mad for I cannot take revenge.
I hope my instant decision is right. Thanks for feeling me. I'm restless.

So the problem is the feces.
So they throw their feces without no reason?
Maybe one of your family members had a personal confrontation
with these students without your knowledge?
Perhaps they are doing it because of a grudge?

@solidcodes yes there are cameras installed side by side by residents but they're on mask. They can't be identified by police.

I asked the same kind of question after reading this one. What is with this behaviour. Why?
I sometimes see on the internet this kind of activity occurring with homeless, semi homeless or rebellious individuals and then people copy others. Besides being outlandish it is also very disgusting. What kind of crime is this I wonder?

we plan to move in this house in the city proper come July for the face to face classes for it's near where I teach 15 minutes drive whereas, our other residence outside the city, takes 1 hour drive or more if there's heavy traffic . I struggled in purchasing that property3 people like this

That is just so rude that these people had nothing good to do in their lives. I think they are just there to annoy you and I think they will be caught so they will learn their lesson well. I think as long as no one gets them they will continue to do this kind of prank to everyone.
