We all know that the negative effects of drinking this beverage on our physical health have been addressed by scientists for quite some time now.
Because soda contains so much sugar, regularly drinking it can be quite bad for your health. Chronic health problems including obesity,high blood pressure,diabetes,high cholesterol,and heart condition disorders,that can be brought on by excessive drinking.
I found this article saying that drinking Cola could make you more dumber.
What do you think about this?

I must say that I like drinking Cola. Sometimes I think I shall treat myself better. Perhaps it is not healthy to drink Cola, but I personally think it is OK if you don't drink it so often. Sometimes we need to do something that make us happy.

Thank you for the information. I do not know about dumber but I do know I stopped drinking Coke because it was just too sweet even the diet and if I do drink any diet soda it is not often and I like Zero Dr Pepper.

I found out that colas and carbonated drinks are not good for the liver, so I am staying away from them for the most part. But once in a while, I just can't help it and I have a cup of cola.
