My toxic boss observed my class the other day

I was not around here. I was so busy for 4 days preparing for my lessons for a classroom observation. It was an announced classroom observation for all teachers under her jurisdiction despite it was not yet time because we had just organized our classes. She is toxic by the way.

There were two of them who entered my class scheduled at 7:30- 9 in the morning. with 40 students all present and all visible 
. That was a battle for me hahaha and she might have thought that she could defeat me, no way. I memorized all my lessons, displayed all the modules, and explained them nonstop. She did not understand haha, I was too fast and furious teaching the University Physics while she only had a Ph.D. in Languages. My toxic boss asked permission to leave after 30 minutes and her companion remained.
Teachers were shocked and the reason behind this was the refusal of many teachers to attend the fellowship party tomorrow. Her sudden classroom observation never changed my decision and the decisions of others. Thank you, guys, for reading. Keep safe all and be healthy.

@aninditasen Correct I doubt if she listened. She won't understand. There were only 12 teachers who attended the fellowship party. What a shame on her.

Now I hope no one attends the party . It's sad that she has to use scare tactics to get her way . . . it is disruptive to the learning process and it is not particularly motivating for the teachers. If everyone were to observe HER, I'll bet everyone would have a mouthful to say .
