The show "Seinfeld" - funny or not?

I assume that it depends on the person watching more than anything else. I mean, if the person watching has this specific type of humor then yes, it will be funny but if not then it won't seem funny at all. Two of my friends told me that they enjoyed Seinfeld and that they laughed out loud very much. However, I could barely display a smile once in a few seasons of Seinfeld, let alone to actually laugh at it.

@porwest I have two Romanian friends who said that they laughed really hard at this show.

@Cristi_Ichim It probably doesn't have the same comedic effect in a place like Romania, I suspect.

I heard that too that it is specific to New York... am I right?

@Cristi_Ichim No, specific to the US. That is why there is a British and American version of The Office.

Thanks. When I watched the first few episodes of Seinfeld I felt completely disappointed. To me, this show is by far the lamest attempt at a comedy.
