Popcorn for lunch

I was too tired this morning when I woke up to prepare myself a lunch so I just grabbed a bag of microwave popcorn on my way out the door so that is my lunch for today. It will fill me up until I get home
What are you having for lunch today? Something better then popcorn?

Those bags of microwave popcorn come in handy. I haven't thought about lunch yet but since I'm home I'll probably have a tuna sandwich.

Tuna sandwiches can be very good. Since today is Friday, a lot of Catholics will probably have them for lunch.

@Aquitaine24 tuna on Fridays during lent is probably common. I have some tuna leftover from yesterday so I'll probably have another sandwich today.

@Marilynda1225 yes, fish is popular. I believe McDonalds once had a Hula Burger, with a slice of pineapple instead of meat.

@LadyDuck You don’t hear much about fresh sardines. I do like the Latvian smoked sardines in a jar. Riga Gold.

@Fleura well, yes. You just put it in the microwave and watch it pop. You can’t “ruin” it in the same way you could mess up eggs or fish.

@Aquitaine24 Yep, I got a recipe for Mchadi as soon as we got here. Mine is not shaped so nice, I've seen some that are absolutely perfectly oval.

Not much better. I have a small container from the freezer of strawberries. Also a near empty container of cottage cheese. I will top it off with a bag of almonds, I think. Happy Friday.

I've had popcorn as a snack. Tried it as a meal and wasn't satisfied. Had to seek out a protein.

for me i guess Fruit and veges.i dont like popcorn bec my dr told me its not healthy.if you have auto immune diseases stay away from these food..if you want to be health popcorn is not healthy afterall..lastly popcorn is not a healthy food.its just junk food...stay away from that
