I found this cool site. You can view different webcams from all over the world. They have some really nice scenery ones and they have people and animal ones too. Some of the webcams have chat enabled too. I like watching the mice play.lol. Check it out here.......

I'd rather not do the people cams, unless I know them. We go to websites from different regions and often you will find live cams that let you see around the city or beach.

I don't know. Maybe the webcam you saw wasn't working right. Sometimes the webcam is in the dark and you can't see anything. Try again later.

Oh, wow! I hadn't looked up any webcam sites in a long time. This one is really a great resource of web cams from all around the world! I love it. Thank you ever so much for sharing. Now I know where to go when I want to view all different places in the world! ^_^
