Not that I am aware of. In fact, I consider most of the accepted systems to be inaccurate and unreliable. People sit an IQ test and the score is normally considered to be an accurate reflection of their intelligence, but luck plays a major part in this. If you were to take 3 such tests with different questions then you could expect 3 different results, so the only reliable way would be a series of tests and take the average result.

IQ test have to be conducted by a properly trained person. The test also has to be designed properly for different socio-cultural groups. You would not expect 3 different test results if the test was properly conducted - for instance you would be asked a 100 or so questions, so the question of luck would not really arise - there would be some questions you find easy, and some you find difficult. So your score would even out. In any case a properly conducted test would also tell you the margin of error possible.
