IS IT BAD TO TELL A LIE?

it is always bad to tell a lie. Even white lies .because it starts as a white lie then it applies to everything and it becomes ahabit

It's usually best to tell the truth but honesty isn't always the best policy. If someone asks "how do I look?" and you think they look a mess do you actually tell them that?? Sometimes it's kinder to tell a white lie.

hi,based on need..telling lie is common and compulsary in now a days..days are like that..

some small lies can be forgiven but big ones cant... so we must lie according to the situation and must be precatuios before we lie... and ofcourse its bad but if u speek every word of urs.. lying sometimes or in some situations is not a big deal..

it normal for us to lie,becos human being are not perfect.

I think lies generally worsen a situation, you’re digging the hole further rather than stepping out of it and trying to return it to how it was.

Yes it is bad to tell a lie.JUst because you should not lie doesnt mean you have to tell the truth always.You can always answer to the point. You need not volunteer any information more than is required. There is a difference between Lying and not telling the whole truth.Lying uis deliberaatae. But not telling the whole truth is a little better.

IS it bad? just look in what trouble people get cause of lie.Many get hurt casue of lying.I cannot stand the lie.

for me it would rather depend on the situation. If you have to tell a lie for someone's benefit then that is not bad but If you are telling a lie to hurt someone then that is bad.

Sometimes little white lies are necessary to prevent a total melt down. I try to lie but I'm no good at it how ever at least I know how to keep my mouth shut.
