My boyfriend just loves anything with peanut butter and I think he will like this too. And it seems real easy. I was telling my sister-in-law about it and she said it would be nice if there was a recipe like this for either caramel or chocolate. I love chocolate but I don't think I would like it on my popcorn.

If you melt down some bakers chocolate, you can get it in a baking specialty store, and drizzle it over popcorn it tastes DELICIOUS. I am so not lying, you have got to try it.

What a great recipe. This is a great twist on the old caramel corn recipes. My grandkids are coming this weekend and this would be great to make with them. All I need is the popcorn. I used the last of mine over the holidays for caramel corn.

That sounds sooo yummy. I need to get some corn syrup just to make it. I love popcorn when its flavored, especially caramel. I also like to drizzle chocolate over my popcorn, its the perfect blend of sweet and salty.

You can use honey instead of corn syrup. The chocolate sounds good...but what isn't good covered in chocolate?

Thats a nice easy recipe. I'd like to try it out. I normaly use recipes by Nestle (I have a few in one of my many thousand odd books) the last recipe I tryed is from http://www.nestle.com.au Caramel Nut Popcorn Bars Ingredients 395 g NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 Tbsp golden syrup 30 g butter 1 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 5 cups unflavoured cooked popcorn, lightly crushed 125 g NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Dark Cooking Chocolate, melted 15 g Copha white vegetable shortening, melted Preparation Time: 20 minutes Makes: approx. 18 Method Combine in pan NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and butter, bring to boil stirring. Reduce heat, simmer stirring constantly 10 minutes until golden. Remove from heat, add peanuts and coconut, mix well. Shape teaspoonfuls of mixture into bars, roll top and sides of bars in popcorn, pressing on firmly, allow to become cold. Coat base of bars with combined NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Dark Cooking Chocolate and Copha, allow to set, drizzle remaining chocolate on top. Allow cooling time.
