I can't get the window to open to load a game in pogo

Hi. I am trying to get into pogo.com an when i choose a game to play the next page loads for me to choose a room to go. When I click on the room I want to go to, a new window should open to start loading the game area which has the tables for us to choose to play at. Nothing happens when I choose a room. a window won't come up for me to play the game. this has happend to me before but I forgot how to fix it. can someone tell me a quick fix for this situation? I would appreciate it please. Thanks.

I'm not sure how to fix it but this happens to me all the time. Or I will open a new table and then it will load and then I will get boated out of it. It's wierd. But I usually can join another table with no problem. It's weird and doesn't happen all the time.

Yeah sometimes I try to sit at at table and pogo pops a window up and say I have popup blocker installed. It don't do that all the time either. Funny isn't it? LOL.

My old Norton Firewall used to do the same thing. I'd have to disable it for 5 minutes till the game loaded, then it was fine. Deleted the cache? Every once in a while I have to delete the files as well to get rid of the older versions of the game. And, I think the other thing was to make sure java was updated. Those are usually the main problems.
