Biggest Time Waster

What has, or what is the biggest time waster in your life, maybe it was an experience, maybe it's a job, or waiting for someone or something. Or something you have done that you have felt afterwards 'well that was a total waste of time'? For me it's washing the car. I spend ages and ages getting my car gleaming and sparkling like new, then after a day it's back to its grimy state again, and it doesn't look at all like it's been cleaned. All that time I wasted and for what?

i think that would have to be the time i spent with my ex. He got me to do things i was not ok with...just because i wanted to please him. He treated me poorly in a lot of ways, but i did love him. i know now that he was a mistake...but it's nothing i can change.

I think for me it has to be the house work, I spend most of the days doing household chores and within five minutes of my family arriving home, it looks like it has never been done, then I start all over again in the evening when they are in bed. :)

My biggest time waster was my ex-bf. i used to spend all day with him - party everyday - meet and talk all the time - and one day i learn he was just flirting and was going around w/t maybe two/three other girls - i think i wasted over an yr first with him and then getting over him.

although you may feel it was really a wasted time, but from that experience you have surely learn a lesson from it and that you will be more careful next time in investing time and emotions with another guy unless you are sure he isn't the same as your ex. as they say, "a wounded soldier becomes stronger and tougher".

I think to be honest , it would have to be the time spent trying to get certain people ro see reason. I just finaly got older and realized that some people dont and wont and You might as well go work on something that you can see a result from.

I think my biggest time waster is mopping the floor, because as soon as I get through the dog comes in and then wants out to use the restroom. It is never ending. I don't even know why I bother mopping.

Probably posting on internet forums. I mean, I meet nice people - but in the long run I am supposed to be doing a term paper, or cleaning my house, or maybe reading a book that will make me more in-the-know about the career I'm going after... Do you know what I mean?

My biggest time waster is cleaning the kitchen. They just trash it the minute I'm done.

I waste too much valuable time on MYLOT. I admit it, I'm hooked! I need a 12 step program or something to get me off the habit.

I don't think that other people or relationships can ever be considered a waste of time, because every encounter with another person adds something, however insignificant, to you and your life. For me, the biggest waste of time is cleaning the house. Of course I know that it needs to be done, and I do it consistently. I just can't help thinking "this is a waste of time; it is only going to get dirty and messed up again, and I'll have to do it all over". Cleaning the house seems like it's a never ending job. Clean, live, repeat...

This is easy for me to answer .. housework .. it has got to be the dullest, most repetitive, most unrewardingly boring job in the world .. I truly hate it ... nothing stays clean, there's always something to do .. and it just doesn't make any difference to my life .. it's just hours and hours of boredom and drudgery ... I take my hat off to anyone who can honestly say they enjoy doing housework ..

Ohh I have waste a lot of time of my life, what I don't watn to remember again. Mostly Yahoo mesenger is the biggest time waster for me. Till 2006 I was wasting most of my free time in yahoo messenger, voice chationg or chat through typing with lots of people online. But I have to admit I met some good friends through messenger. For 2007 I made an resolution taht I will spend less and less time in messenger. Till now I am going with my resolution.
