Thanks for your response, it is good to hear how different people seem to prefer only one or the other. I too love both, but only have room for dogs. It takes time for both to get along, and much training.

I am definately a cat lover. I like their independence and personality. My cat comes a sleeps next to me at night and cuddles up when she knows i'm sad or something.

Thanks for your comments, i like cats also, but i don't have one. I have three little puppies. They are so cute, but i think cats are useful especially keeping the mouse population down. Thanks once again.

Thanks for your response, i love dogs more than cats, but i think cats are okay once trained. It takes a while getting used to their smell though.

i am not very sure of a fact ,but many times i have heard that a dog is many times more loyal than a cat.so i love this quality in a dog.and so i love dogs more than cats.

thats a well thought out answer, i think there is something about cats that is eerie, especially at night time, they seem to go outside and hunt like real beasts and yet in the morning they seem to be so innocent and cute. What do you think?

I am a lover of cats. I have four of them. I love them all, but I get terribly frustrated when my male cat messes all over the house. I got my 2 female cats spayed as they were reproducing every four months. Though I shout and scream at them sometiemes, I love them a lot and get really upset when they are ill. When I got them spayed, it really tore my heart to see them suffering; but I had no choice and had to get it done or else I would have had cats running all over me.

Such a good honest response, i guess they all have their flaws, and we tend to put up with the bad things and love the good things. You must have a big heart. Thanks for sharing.
