If you could have an extreme makeover, at no cost to you, what would you have done to yourself? What would you change?

If I could have an extreme makeover, I would want a liposuction. Im really fat and it's just so hard to shed off the fats. I would also want to get rid of the few scratch marks I have on my arm and thinghs.

Tummy tuck, facial skin resurfacing. No facial reshaping, I love my face, just not my skin. It's very scarred from bad acne and some sort of skin virus I had as a youngster.

they also do it for guys right? just in case they do, if they did a makeover for me then i would stop wearing sweat pants and i would try to go near a girl to see if i can get her attention.

I would probably avail of a mesolipo therapy to improve the shape of my legs as they are fat. I am petit so having chubby legs and ankles makes me look even smaller.More info about meso lipo here : www.medrehab.com/Mesotherapy.php
