Did you know that honey burns fat?:)

Eating a spoon of honey in the morning (or also in the evening) burns fat!But You must eat it as the first thing in the morning!:)Also honey massage is very good fat burner!Tried and tested!And much chaper than cremes and pills!

Thats really neat to know. I've read the same thing about eating bee pollen. (you can get it at health food stores.)

That's good to know, I have a big tub of honey at my house... I could have been skinny by now if I knew that! :)
