Do you think 13 is a difficult age for a kid?

Oh, yes they are so confused because, they are not a child anymore and not quite a grown up. I remember when my daughter was that age she didn't want to be seen with me, stand by me or kiss me in public. God Bless Hopes it changes soon.

I think in todays world 13 is a difficult age. I think that it is more difficult for girls then it is for boys just cuz of girls crazy hormones...lol.I think kids can be influenced by so many things its hard in todays world. I know when I was 13 that was the most difficult age for me. I would never want to be that age again it was really tough. I mean kids usually know the diff between right and wrong but making the right decision is tough especially with pier pressure.

With all the influences there are out there these days and as busy the lifestyles are certainly this is a difficult and trying age for kids and their parents.

About 13 is when life starts changing into adulthood. It's a very difficult time full of questions, beginning hormones, self doubts, and peers who can be VERY cruel. Society itself throws so many problems and insecurities at kids today. From 13 it continues to get more difficult as responsibilities and peer pressure escalate. I guess it's all about becoming ready to be an adult, but it's a hard process. I can still remember some of the painful experiences I had back during my teen years. I would never want to go back.

Yeah, I do. It's also difficult for the parent. The age of 13, I call the 'tweener' age. They bounce back and forth between wanting to be a child at times and thinking they're are full grown adults. They've got a lot of outside pressures to condent with also. I'm glad I survived that time and wouldn't go back to that age for all the moeny in the world!

Yeah it is an exceptionally uncomfortable age to be. I think it is the worst. You are awkward and pubescent.... not fun.

It is not a difficult age for kid and when the kid is of that age it is difficult for parents to manage the kid. Parent should start keeping a watch on the actiities. The child is just entering teens, therfore.
