Weightlifting is good or bad?

Good thing is that, it can strengthen your muscles,increase your bone density and it boost metabolism.Bad thing is that it increases the risk of glaucoma.

I think weight lifting can be a good thing. But to much can be on you as well. So can weight lifting with out a spoter.

Weight lifting is good but keep one thing in mind sdon't life weight more than you can lift as there may not be any effect right now but as you get old you would have back pain.. and the most important thing have a heavy and healthy diet ...
