Ahhh he's very sweet! Can I asked where the name Rylan came from? It's unusual, but a nice name, I would be interested to know. I bet you are extremely proud of him, congratulations to the mum and thanks for sharing. Can men get broody?! LOL

Wow, that is a great picture. I think he is adorable. He is already a model, too. LOL It made me smile to myself seeing your post about your grandson. I think it is so sweet that you shared his picture and are so proud of him. I wonder if my mom did that when my daughter was born. I know she does that now, and she is 12, so I bet she did that when I gave her pictures. I am happy for you. I know the proud feeling you have, it is a great thing.

Congratulations on the birth of your grandson Rylan! He is adorable. They are so precious when they are newborn. You could just hold them and cuddle them for hours. My family calls me the baby hog. Whenever there is a newborn in the room you can find it in my arms.

Yes he is so cute and sweet looking. My niece just had a baby girl which was 7 weeks premature. I will share her photo with you too. I was able to watch her daily by a special webcam while she was in the hospital. I understand biased completely.

Hi everyone, I am Nicole (Rylan's mom)!! I am new here on mylot!! I was just going through and found this discussion that Mom had started!! Thank You all very much for your comments!! I noticed a couple of you asking where I got his name from. Well I was looking online one day while I was preganet for unusal names and stumbled upon the name Rylan and I fell in love with it. When I found the name the last record of it being used was in the 70's and now it seems everyone is useing it:( well, we are enjoying every minute with him!! He is such a bundle of joy!! Oh and just so ya'll all know his grandmother has him spoiled rotten (just pure spoiled rotten) :)

Hey , it is great to have a baby , and all the baby in this earth are have one common thing ... what??? i tell you , All of they are Innocent by nature, and innosent directly attach to GOD. So, in INDIA be means a child .......GOD. Rylen is lovely and innocent , GOD gives him good qualities.

Oh Karen he is so cute!!! Rylan was the name I picked if I was to have a boy. I loved it because its not extremely common. One person in my town has it and he was just born a few months ago. Do you know where your daughter/daughter in law (sorry, you didn't specify in the post) heard it. Personally the only place I've ever heard it was on Supernanny and the kid was a little brat, but I just loved his name and he was a cutie too. Congrats on the grandbaby, he'll be so loved!
