Believe me happiness is an attitude, if you develop it you can really be happy all the time. Yes I am always very happy though events occur that depress me but again I get back my poise and happiness with my positive attitude.

I used to be a pretty unhappy person. I was very pessimistic. That has all changed though! The happiest days of my life were my wedding day and the days that my two daughters were born. I find now though that I am a very happy person. I have everything that I want and find no reason to be sad. Yes, some days my daughters cry a lot or I don't get enough sleep or I have an altogether bad day, but that still doesn't make me unhappy. I knew eventually this day will end and tomorrow will start a whole new day. I try to see the humor in even the worst things (like someone backed into our car one day because she thought it was the curb!??? I found it sooo funny. How could you think our car was the curb). I am rambling now!

Yes I was very happy when my daugther was born and I took her in my hands for the first time. And then afer 8 years when my son was born and I took him in my arms. Those were the moments when I really felt happiness in my heart and tears in my eyes. After that I don't remember I was ever really happy. I find happiness in happiness of my children. But if you ask me besides that if I was happy for my personal reasons, I don't think I can tell you "YES". But if you will ask me if I was really hurt in life, I think I cannot say NO..............lol

Yes I would say I am happy about 90% of the time, because I accept what is. I do not dwell on what might have been, or what might be, I try to stay in the here and now, and live it to the fullest. I do not need some one or some thing to make me happy. I try never to compare, or covet. I know exactly where I am at this point in time and I am happy. Not so difficult for me to answer. Great question thank you
