Well yesterday my lovely hubby came back with a program for me to record my voice with music on the computer! Some of you may know i was a bit frazzled trying to put all my goooogles on my blog and i ended up with a migraine. BUT despite all that when my hubby put the program in the comp and General Ye Fei's music was blasted out into my universe my whole body just melted and my hubby gave me the microphone and said..'go on have a go'..so i did ..i forgot all my sytress and headache and bellowed it out. I managed to record a four track version with my voice overlapping four times over the music..I really really enjoyed myself and hubby was happy too. He is going today to buy me a good microphone and wants me to practice today so i can improve on the recording. What makes you de stress?

A few months ago I had nothing to help me de-stress except a website called pogo where I can go to play games or I will play a fighting game in my PS2. A few months ago my bedt friend taught me the basics to crocheying and taught me 2 diffrent simple stitches I can do to make a blanket. When I find I have a bit too much stress I will pick up my crochet hook and aball of yarn and I will crochet. I have a blanket that I have been working on for about 2months now and I am alnost done with it. I have finally gotten to the last color andthen I am going to send it to a special friend. I am actually considering making blankets and then selling them on ebay to make some extra money. We will se what happens over time.

Oh hon, that is so wonderful! I simply can't wait for you to finish recording the much awaited myLot song..lol I'm sure others are waiting eagerly as well :) That must have been a very good way to let loose. I de-stress myself by checking mails from friends and family, it helps me reconnect with them and I feel good within. I also let it out through poetry, I feel content and refreshed.

wee this was a relly good idea to de-stress yourself.. But this is something u can not do everyday and in a way u are dependent on your husband to de-stress yourself. I suggest you to sing for 2 minutes whenever u feel stressed that could be anytime of the whole day when there is no one around to soothe u It really works because its my personal experience

The only thing that makes me destress is to go to bed and go to sleep so I won't have to deal with it any longer. I am always the one in my household who wears all of the stress about everything. After so much builds up on me and I cannot take care of every single one of them at one time, I get really stressed out and have to lay down. The next time I get up, I will get right back at whatever the problems are and try to fix them all by myself, one by one.

The smile of my son Lestat as well as the delicous dinner prepared by my wife de-stresses. Working in a company for Building Constructions really is not an ordinary job. To the point that I feel totally burned-up - I'm a cadd engineer and my main responsible is as a cadd support by the way.

Everybody has a different way to destress.I usually go out to my favorite restaurant.Eating good food is a destressant for me.I love being around merry people and soft music. Also sometimes i go out shopping. It relaxes me a lot. But, whenever i cant help it i just call up my friends.

The easiest and most often used way for me to de-stress would be a Starbucks Frappe Venti! And sometimes when stress is just too much and a frappe cant handle it, i go out for a couple of drinks. My last resort if that will still wont work, I go on a short trip or vacation, and yeah, it's quite expensive so i've only done that a couple of times.

it is very common nowadays to experience stress. as for me, i have different activities that totally de-stresses me from time to time. when stressful moments come, i just go to our backyard and go on planting. some times, the simple removing of grass, or cultivating the soil for the plants does well. after that i go cleaning our pig pen. we've been taking care of a pig moths ago. i like these activities as they are productive and diverts my stressful days into a different mode.

A warm bath, a nice dinner, and a few hours of some really good programs on TV relaxes me. Sometimes, I eat my dinner in front of the television, and as soon as I'm done, I hit the bed and get some sleep. When there's nothing to watch, I usually read. And if I get home earlier than usual, I usually have a bubble bath, soak for around 2 hours, then get some really good sleep.

Coming home to see my miniature pinscher waiting for me with the prettiest puppy eyes ever. She actually jumps on the couch so she can put her little paws on my chest and gimme a kiss. How cute is that! She's just like a child lol, but she makes me happy because she appreciates me. Taking a hot, lavender-scented bath relaxes me completely. I'll have some Sade playing in the background, and I just let my worries float away while I soak. Afterward, I rub on some Lavender baby oil and just chill in my robe, maybe fix some Tangerine White Tea and sip on that. It's so yummy, try it if you haven't already.

I regularly do Yoga everyday in the morning for 15-30 minutes. This helps me getting rid of any stress/tension/fatigue. It also helps in improving my self confidence immensly. I do Pranayam in Yoga which helps in re-energising my total body and mind. There are plenty of proved benifits of doing Yoga.
