I know this isn't really a discussion but I have seen several post about fibromyalgia and thought this may help.
this is for all my fellow fibromyalgia gals and guys I found an awesome web sight that has tons of information and even a chat room where you can talk to other people that are going through the same thing.
It's not only for fibro but also for any chronic condition.

I have suffered with this disease since I was 12 years old. It is extremely painful and people who have never had it just don't understand how debilitating it can be.
The flares can make life pretty unbearable and one side effect most people are not aware of is the sleep deprivation. People with fibromyalgia never go into the 4th sleep stage and so even after resting all night long, we wake up feeling tired.

oh wow am praying for u I have it too so understand totally do u have restless legs syndrome with yours. I do and the nights are really bad for me. and I hope the sight helps!!

Thanks rainbowz! My mom has this condition and was just saying the other day how she wishes she could find a decent website. I'll be sure to pass it on to her!
