Its very interesting! I have got a laptop for me. But unlike its name, I always keep it over my study table rather than on my laps. Rarely comes any time when I use my laps to use the laptop (almost about as less as 30 minutes in a month). Do you use your laptop on your laps?

nope i don't because it gets too hot easily and can't stand its heat on my lap. another thing it causes cramps on my legs. teehee. i only use my laptop on top of my study table and if i get so tired of sitting all day long on a chair id bring my laptop on bed and find a comforting position to continue my business.

This is very alarming, because I have read that men should avoid using laptop computers on their laps. Because prolonged used of this might have a detrimental effects on the reproductive system. It is said that elevated scrotal temperature can result in sperm damage, and one causes of this is the heat emitted by the laptop computers that you are using on your laps. Be careful guys. You better take extra caution by putting your laptop on the table when using it.

No, I don't use it on my lap. My laptop gets too hot to put it on my lap. I put it on a desk, or I have a lap desk I use with it. I don't think it is good to put something hot on your body because you could get burned plus you don't want to have that radiation near your private parts, right? Pablo

If I had a laptop I would use it on my lap.But don't prefer to use that way...as it can cause spodilitis.

yes i would always like to use my laptops on my lap. basically i am very lazy in nature and desktop computing seems very boring to me. i always use it while sleeping in my bed or enjoying tv lolling on my sofa.

It would be very rare for me to use a laptop actually on my lap, particularly since I prefer to use a mouse instead of the touchpad. In fact, I even tend to use an external monitor in order to read the screen more clearly.

i put it in my laps too. when my laptop worked, i used to like putting it in my lap. it was more conferable to me. i tried it once, in a desk but it wasnt as much conferable.

:) Yes, I know what you mean. I rarely use mine on my lap either. The only times I used it on my lap where when I was sick and laying down on the sofa. Usually I have it on top of my desk both at work or at home. It's not that comfortable to use them on our lap plus sometimes they do get a bit hot.

I do! I can keep it on a desk but then i feel so attached to the desk. The meaning of having a laptop is to be able to be portable. So my laptop is on my laps 99% of the time... only time its not is when im watching a movie in bed and i place the laptop on the bed :P
