Actually their are 45,000 plus people in mylot and they can't wait for you to start a discussion. They would be busy in responding to the discussions of their friends and sometimes the discussion is not worth responding.so some people don't respond and some respond after a long time like i did.

Maybe the internet connection is too slow.
Or myLot isn't a full time job. Many things that we must do.
What about you? why you don't reply it?

it is not they do not understand navigation
in MyLot it so happen that each members do not have
enough previlege when it comes to TIME
some can afford to spent a few minute some a whole day.
Also others, choose topics to answer with
they are looking quality topics to answer.

available time is one reason. i respond between doing other things lie housework, or doing my job. i periodically check on quetions that i can reespond to. also, most people who give answers give thought and do a little research on the topics that they would like to pursue discussions with, in order to be credible and convincing. also, i'm pretty sure no one is online on mylot 24/7 to be able to answer questions in the blink of an eye.
navigation on the site is pretty simple, o i doubt if that should be a reason. sedel is right, too, about the time difference or people in other time zones.

We have users here from all parts of the world. Many of the users are more active in the evenings and at night - in their time zone - thanb any other part of the day. Sometimes the questions posted here may take a bit of research, which also slows responce time.
