Do you love coffee? Do you think it is addictive?

No, coffee is not addictive. Just because I become edgy, disagreeable, have headaches, and am shaky until I get that first cup does not mean I am addicted to it. I drink at least 12 cups a day and sometimes a second pot. That isn't addiction, just nerves.

I don't drink coffee. I don't drink anymore but few years ago I was addicetd to coffee. Yes, I think it is addicting (as many things) and drinking too mauch is not really healty. Now I drink tea... maybe is the same.

anything having caffine is highly addictive... either its tea or coffee.. i usually drink tea so it hink i am addicted to it. i drink only cup a day and it is a compulsion.

I guess you could call me a coffee lover and a coffee addict. I make a 10 cup pot of coffee every morning and drink almost all of it by 3:00pm I only use decaffeinated coffee but I don't think I could go one day without it. Yes, I think it is addictive especially the regular coffee. I have asked my doctor about this and he says its' ok as long as it doesn't affect my sleeping, or my kidneys. Since I'm a diabetic I get my kidneys checked every 3 months and so far everything has been normal. Heres something I just learned...Coffee is not made from a bean, it is actually made from a cherry pit, they just call it a bean. After all who would want to drink anything made from a pit? lol ;o)

Hum... I really like coffee! I don't know if it calls addict, but I can hardly start my day without a cup of coffee. And afterward I drink about 2 cups of coffee in the continue of the day.

I drink coffee in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, but I'm not addictive to it. Some say anything with caffeine is addictive but I think it depends on the amount or quantity that you consume and how concentrated is the coffee in the drink.

I love coffee, I drink at least 6 cups a day...It is very addictive, If I dont have have my coffee I get really bad headaches..

I don't know if it's addictive.... I have a pair of friends who can't do anything without coffee, but I think that if they were forced to stop they'd stop, how ever caffeine is a little addictive. I love coffees. I'm used to have one in the morning after waking up, another in the morning as a snack, another after lunch and the last one after supper (but not always). To me having a coffee is very important, but I think to be strong enough not to have it if I should have health troubles.

I dun think I am addicted. Most of the time, when I drink more than a cup for the day, I tend to get cranky from the caffeine. But it does help to keep awake when needed.

I drink about 1.5-2lt of coffee each day and I'm proud of it! :D I know it's gonna kill me but... it's worth. Addiction? nah you cannot be addict to something that is not even choosable :P I mean, you're not addict to breathe are you? ;)

I used to drink a lot of coffee, i now have maybe 2 cups a day. I was getting palpitations and feeling terrible. Coffee has a lot of plus points though. Coffee can increase your IQ, and if someone is beginning to have an asthma attack and doesn't have their inhaler they can drink strong coffee. The caffiene can help the lugs to more efficiently get oxygen. Would tide you over til you got to hospital.

me , i do drink coffee,with cream.with sugar and no sugar too. just havent tried it with\out hot water. i consume at least 3 hot cups a day

I think coffee is not addictive, but I stopped drinking it, 2 weeks ago because I read that it can cause kidney trouble if taken continuously.

Coffee is an addiction to some. I think people suffer from withdrawals to caffeine.
