I think kids learn about equally from parents and their friends. Some of the things they learn or pick up from their friends is good and some of it is bad. They learn how to act like other kids that they hang around ans sometimes they learn to not act the way their friends are acting because they see the consequences of their friends actions. Most parents try to teach their children love, respect, and how to raise their own children. Kids pick up on certain things whether someone is actually teaching them or not. Some them learn things just by watching what others around them are doing. they can choose to learn and do those ways or they can choose not too. Kids learn what is right and wrong in their eyes from everyone who is around them.

I think that kids learn about equally from their friends and their parents. Parents usually have more lessons and better lessons for their children, but I think kids actually remember more of what their friends teach them because they want to fit in.

You are right. Now days a lot of kids don't want to listen to a word that their parents say, which I think is very sad. Your parents are so much more experienced that your friends. I think that we can all learn so much more if we would listen to our parents a little more often.
