This is a pet peeve of mine I guess. I have tried various "flavored" coffees as of late. I usually drink a few pots of coffee at home. Now I guess you can say that I "love" my coffee. I can't say that the flavored coffees are for me. I prefer regular caffinated coffee as opposed to the flavors. The most flaovr for my coffee is Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Creme. LOL! Mainly as much as I drink it I can't see paying $2 or more for a cup of it. This is my feelings and am looking for others comments as to why or why not they like flavored coffees. If you do what flavors do you like & what ones have you tried that said, EWWW not this one ever again. Thanks in advance for all responses. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!

Grandpa Bob, I guess you could call me a "coffee purist." I really love my coffee, but it is COFFEE that I enjoy, not a bunch of artificial this-and-that flavorings. A really good cup of coffee, for me, is coffee, cream and sweetened with a touch of maple syrup. Various "significant others" have tried to get me to appreciate flavored coffees, but I haven't yet found one I like. I do like experimenting with different blends and roasts, however... although much of the time what I drink comes in 3-pound bags from Costco. Last time I got a nice French roast from the San Francisco Coffee Company-- which was every bit as good as $10-a-pound "premium" brands, at less than 30% the price.

I like Triple mochas basically a lot of coffee with a lot of chocolate. But I don't drink them all the time they are to exspensive, Just every couple of weeks when I go grocery shopping. Though I will have to make a trip to Starbucks tomarrow for my free cup of coffee lol Other than that I am not particulary fond of flavored coffee or iced coffee

I'm also a huge coffee fan. I drink Folgers at home, and Starbucks if I buy coffee out. I hate flavoring in my coffee or even flavored coffee beans. I drink my coffee black. My biggest indulgence is the grande latte at Starbucks, when I need a jolt of caffeine. I have stopped buying Starbucks every day because of the price, but when I want a great coffee I will splurge.

Once upon a time I was a coffe-holic. Would have coffee every morning and noon. Now it's a more spread out deal, cause if I drink it more than once a week, it makes my stomach do flip-flops. I usually just have my coffee with a little cream and sugar in it, but did on occasion have some that was either flavored hazlenut or irish creme. A couple christmases ago my husband got these coffees that were suppose to be flavored like the whiskies Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort. Talk about gag and double gag. They were utterly gross. Thank heavens they were just little sample packets.

I love coffee!!!! I can't have too much, but I do like to try new ones. The flavored one can be good, but I am kinda picky on that front. The best coffee I have ever had and drink every morning is call "French Market" Try it and let me know what you think.

I love anything that is of coffee warm or cold flavored or not. But the main reason why I drink flavored coffee is for variety. I love mocca, latte & mocca java among other flavored coffees and I oh! sooo love to experiment and loves to actually get to taste an explosion of flavors.

Ah hah. Have I got a good thing for you then seeing as you like Hot Chocolate. Take a regualr sized 3 Muskateers bar & freeze it solid. When it's frozen take a coffee cup of hot water. Take the 3 Muskateers & slam it hard on the table or counter. This breaks the hard candy into small pieces. Add it to the water. The whole bar. One of the best & cheapest Hot Chocolates you'll ever have. I learned this in the carnival also. Hahahaha! Give it a try & let me know what ya think. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!

My sister just got a job at Starbucks hope for discounts in the future ;). Anyways. My favorite coffee at Starbucks is peppermint mocha. Only at Christmas time BUT some places (like one near us) STILL has it. I dont know why I love it. But I do. Its really good. I have a senstive stomach and it never hurts me to drink this I guess the peppermint is good for it. The new cinamon one is okay I guess... I love mocha chocolate ones. But as far as hot I stick to peppermint whenever i go there. I have had black coffee ONCE in my life with tons of milk & sugar. I prefer store brand coffee flavored as well. I just CANT drink coffee plain heehee :p

I have not tried a flavored coffee I like. Just plain coffee is what i like. We are heavy coffee drinkers. You know you drink lots of coffee when you quit buying coffee pots from Wal Mart. It was costing too much for coffee pots so we went out and bought a restaurant coffee maker. The coffee pot is on all day and up until bedtime. We've had this coffee maker for a few years already. I'd be willing to try something in a flavored coffee but the ones I have tried Not so Good...

I love flavored coffees of all kinds. (Flavored teas, too.) My favorite coffee flavor is amaretto. French vanilla is my least favorite. I don't often drink flavored coffee, because they sometimes don't agree with me. I do like to splurge and get the fancy one with caramel at Starbucks about once a year!

I love coffee and I love most flavored coffees. You might call me a coffee-junkie, of sorts. There's a Mobil station down the road from me that sells all sorts of wonderful flavored coffees - blueberry (mmmmmmm), hazelnut (aaaaahh), vanilla creme (oooooh), and something called holiday (yum). The only one that was a bit iffy was called pumpkin. It didn't really taste of pumpkin, but the flavor was familiar. It wasn't until I was more than 50% finished that it came to me - hey, this stuff tastes like Juicyfruit gum! Weird . . .

I prefer a regular cup of good coffee. I think it's because I want the original taste of the coffee, if I'm drinking coffee I want it to taste like coffee, not coffee tasting like vanilla. I also prefer regular caffinated coffee. Just give me a good cup of java and leave all the flavors for the ice cream. LOL

Well.. if you look at an earlier post I did when I bought the wrong freaking grounds.. lol.. you'll see that I'd much rather have a dark roast coffee at home.. no flavoring just lots of cream (cream - not milk!!) and sugar. If I'm going to treat myself out for a coffee, I hit this little stand in the center of our mall that has the best coffee and order one with chocolate syrup and an almond crunch flavoring. It's just too die for! I don't get it very often but when I do I sure enjoy the heck out of it.
