I just realized that an interview that i did for ac has been put in the showcased articles. I was so excited about it. Have you ever been so excited when an article you wrote ended up on the "front" page of anything? if so tell us a little about it.

I read your article and rated it great with the stars. Your interview had a lot of interesting aspects to it and the concept was a great attention-getter. The fella interviewed didn't have too much insight I don't guess due to age, but still was very interesting.

yes he did not have a lot of insite about what his dad did or the actual arest, however the focus was only to be about the family. what they indured in society. his mother still lives in that town and every day she has to live with the shame, as well as john and his family (ie; wife and son). In fact his son,the grandson of serial killer David Gore, still has to endure alot from the people who were there during the murders and still hold it against the family.

Congratulations! Your article was great and written from a side that not many people see. I've never had an article on the front page. I got a little excited when I had two as feature articles at the same time, in two different categories. I had one in pets about introducing a new pet, and I still have one in parenting about birthday gifts. It really helps the page views A LOT! So it is great for your income, too.

Congratulations! That's really an accomplishment considering how many folks submit articles to Associated Content every day. I've never had an article featured like that. I did have an article on the front page for about half a day, when I first wrote it. It was on bioterrorism and how the US cannot measure how effectively it has spent $5 billion toward preparedness. It's very exciting to have something showcased, especially like your article was. I did notice it on the front page too!

i will have to check out that article and congrats on it. thank you so much. i couldnt believe it when i saw it. this is the first "real" writing i have ever done and couldnt believe that i had an article featured. I am using this writing as a learning experience so i can practice before writing a book.

I just realized that I read your interview on AC BEFORE I came across this discussion and I rated it very high...I'm new to AC and I've never had anything showcased but I would be very excited if I did. congratulations
