I love fresh fruit pies and cobblers. I never could make decent pie crust though. My friend gave me this recipe, and it's no fail, and is great. 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. baking powder 1 stick butter Dash of Salt Fresh or canned fruit Mix all ingredients except fruit and butter together and pour into a glass baking dish. Add fruit, and slice up stick of butter, putting it on top of fruit. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.

Sorry this is a one line response, but what is a cobbler?

It is like a pie, only usually baked in a long baking dish instead of a round one.

It is wonderful, and oh so easy! I love it because you just kind of dump everything in and go, instead of having to mess with rolling out a pie crust dough.
