how do you control your ANGER???

Generally most of the people become out of control when they are angry.I shout on everybody when I am angry but feel very guilty afterwards.I try a lot to control my anger but its waste.Please share your views in this regard...

I remember some of my nursery rhymes, and I really feel very happy while singing them.I miss those days a lot, so just thought of discussing it with other people and knowing their views about it.....

rohit2rhyme energy can never be created nor destroyed , it can only be transformed from one form to another. Life after death is an exact example of this conservation theory. nobody goes anywhere , next time you are alone just take a look at your back.

hi folks...for me sleeping is the best time pass.whenever i get time i just take a nap.i just want to know if it is common for others too???

rohit2rhyme i play computer games for time pass. sleeping is an absolute necessity for me but alas i dont get that much time sometimes.
