sanjuktha try amway protein powder.its neutral in taste though the primary ingredient is soya.can be mixed with any other food too and its nutritive value is not altered.

sanjuktha i take protein powder as supplement as our diet does not fulfil daily requirement of protein.it hepls in keeping me brisk and keeps my diabetes in check.moreover it aids in relieving body or joint pain and gives energy to keep u going on.
