undonelady A friend of mine manages an apartment complex and my parents use to own one. Their response is that if both roommates are on the lease, then the roommate not paying her part of the rent can be evicted. But the landlord is not going to rent the entire apartment...

undonelady My brother introduced me to Green Day when Dookie was released. I've been hooked ever since. I agree that Holidy and Wake Me Up When September Ends are great songs.

undonelady As much as I am enjoying their new Sams Town CD, I still say my favorites are Mr. Brightside and Smile Like You Mean It.
