How much more money is it than the place you are staying in now? Is there a possibilty of you be ableto afford it soon or is the money situation so tight that it cannot change soon enough for you to get that apartment? I would like to see you get it since you want it so badly. Is there no way you can make the extra money so you can afford to move into it? I think if you want the place bad enough, you can find a way to pay for it. My husband and I have bought a home we really couldn't afford, but we managed to pay for it and everything was just fine.

When you meet a very dream things ,you must think it over, for sometimes you'll regret for what you have chosen, such as the marriage. If you really love the flat, then you have to hard work and earn a lot of money to buy it I think. Is there other better way to get it?

Try finding roommate to help split the expenses. Otherwise you need to be looking to make more money. Finding a roomate may be easier. If you do. I suggest having your roomate sign a lease agreement where things are spelled out. Less hassles if thins go wrong and you need to go to court to collect for money or damages.

I think that if you can "see" yourself living there, things will fall into place. You may have to make some sacrifices to swing it, though. A room mate, perhaps? A second job? (Ugh!) It happened for me and my husband when we got our house. We begged and borrowed from relatives, then discovered how low the area pay scales were -- so we've been scrimping ever since, but it's been well worth it!

Maybe you could see if one of your friends wants to be roommates. This way you can split the cost of everything. If it doens't work out, it wasn't meant to be and something better will probably come along.

I prefer accepting the truth that I cant avail of that apartment yet. I should be happy with what I have. Its more good to earn enough money then when ive earned enough i can consider living with the apartment.
