Chicken: bbqd, grilled, steamed, roasted, or fried?

i like chicken more. i like to take it steamed with rice called chicken biryani in india .and i also like to take as a curry, and we as indians, make many varieties of chicken curries like pepper chicken, butter chicken,chilli chicken, chicken pulusu .

and i like to take chicken as a snack also called chicken pakodi, chicken 65,chicken manchuria, chicken cutlet etc.


and i like to take chicken soup also.

so i try all varieties and try to make every time in a new variety .

I like grilled chicken best especially if it's native. It smells so good and the taste is so delicious. My second option would be fried chicken but I still go for the native ones.

i love all kind of chicken too. but i most like is steamed, because is low fat.. so it more healthy than other kind of chicken.. Most in my family love chicken in steamed

I like bbq chicken too.It is so delicious that I can eat much:)
Also I like the boiled chicken,em,delicious too.

when it comes to the way that chicken being cooked..i really love chicken adobo also fried chicken w/ gravy.. i have a different way that the chicken cooked.. i also loves "chicken tinola" is it the way filipino cooked of chicken.. also caldereta and chicken afritada.. and a lot more..

I like baked Teriyaki Chicken.I cook up the sauce(no store bought stuff)then bush it on the chicken and bake for 30 minutes ....yum!

I love barbeque chicken but it calls for a lot fo pickles or souces to make it really enjoyable. If I am far from the grill, I just fry it and add some lemon to it. Finally, while still frying you add some garlic souce in a little bit of water and let ti simmer for a few minutes. Trust me, it is one of the bast ways to eating it. Also, try it with some patatoes and eggplant and after you cover everything put it in the pre heated oven for an hour and half approx. The veggies and the chicken will be fantastic. By the way, this discussion kinda makes me hungry.
