 Personally, I love all kinds of chicken, in whatever way it is cooked, but chicken bbq is the one I love the most. How about you? How do you like your chicken cooked and why?

71.  gloamglozer (613) | 6 months ago |  I like chicken too and I would have to say that my favourites are BBQ and fried chicken especially from KFC. Fast food tends to be delicious but can be quite asthma triggering which I have to keep watch on. I like them home roasted as well since they are quite crisp when that happens as well as being fresh since the chickens are prepared at home.

| 73. cbjones (282) | 6 months ago |  I don't eat chicken anymore. Long and boring story that I don't feel like going into right now, but basically I lost the taste for it. It makes me sick to my stomach for some reason.
When I had the ability to keep chicken down and found some enjoyment form consuming it, I licked bbq best.

| 75. browneyedgirl (844) | 6 months ago |  I absolutely hate chicken with barbecue sauce on it, but I don't mind grilled chicken-especially in salads. I think I like chicken best that way, cooked and diced into salads or on a sandwich. We ate chicken almost every week when I was growing up-Sunday roast chicken dinner...it really is true that a person can get too much of a thing. I love honey mustard glazed chicken in a big garden salad with greens, boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and honey mustard or Asian dressing.

I make a MEAN roasted chicken! But, thats only if the chicken has bones & skin... as for boneless skinless, I still like it made in the oven... cooking it on the stovetop dries it out more and I can never BBQ properly... so the oven is th eway for me to go!

77.  ladym33 (5238) | 6 months ago |  I like it cooked just about any way. I guess I would probably have a different favorite based on my mood at the time. Sometimes I really love fried chicken, sometimes I really love rotissere chicken, I also make a really good baked chicken. BBQ chicken is also really good. I also like to make an Indian recipe called Butter Masala Chicken, it is amazing, and I actually crave it sometimes. I love it so much I learned how to make it myself. I don't think that I can choose a favorite. I can tell you however, that I am not that fond of chicken sandwiches.
