I would ask my neighbor for some toilet paper! LOL!

no problem do what we did during the war use old newspapers LOL

Use tissues, or a washcloth. If I were truly desperate, I would use pages of a magazine, or even leaves off a tree.

use my hand LOL .. joking!! I would do has people have said above and use newspaper or something simular. on rare occiasion we run out of toilet paper and use the kitchen roll untill we get get some more in.

Use kleenex or paper towel. If I didnt have any of these I would use a washcloth and rinse it when done and put it in the laundry.

I would either use tissues if I had them or I would use a washcloth. You can always find water (even if in a lake etc. ) to wash it with. There is no reason that you should ever go without being able to clean yourself as water is free in several places.
Do as in the olden days and be prepared and use what you have.

I believe I might walk into a store or a restaurant to use the bathroom or something. I may even wipe on old newspaper, or phone book paper or whatever I could find. I would even use leaves if I had to. I may even use some old rags if I could find some laying around. I may even use my underwear to wipe with and then just toss them away.

Use your panty? lol. No, it is just a joke. Anyway, if things become so desperate, just use water.

Thats quite easy just find some good leaves around. And make sure they are not poison ivy.LOL Because then you would be in big trouble.LOL And poisnon ivy is alway shining leaves.
