You know evertyhing there is to know about proper nutrition. You've countless books and magazines articles and consulted a nutritional. Now what? Turn that knowledge into action. Real-life situation will set us back on our health goals, especially when it comes to what we eat. You may know what and how much to eat but do you control your food decisions when you have a nine-to-five job, a tight budget, and have to eat out most, if not all, of the time?

I think people are now a days overly sensitive about healthy food practices. But in practical life people often find it difficult if not impossible to keep up with what they have learned. That is because of the modern speedy urban life. My key slogan on this issue is to keep as close as possible to the nature. Avoid processed and half cooked foods. Rely much on vegitables and fruits. Drink a lot of pure water.
But you are true ellie, while you say with a nine to five job, a tight budget, and with the necessity to eat out more often it is really tough to keep up with our own resolutions.

It is really hard to eat right and eat out all the time or are on a tight budget. The good healthy foods are not very cheap. It is really hard.

yes, I do control what I eat when I eat out. It is hard but very possible. There are certain things I can't eat because I am allergic. Than on top of that others I can't have due to health complications. It is also very hard to eat a healthy diet at home. Not just when you eat out. It is expensive and when you are on a tight budget. People tend to get things that aren't as good for them to eat. because things are cheaper.

A person who knows what to eat and when to eat will not have any decease at all. Actually there is a cure for everything in the foods that we eat. We must understand the body and its chemistry to feed it with appropriate food.
