Mmmmmm Frozen Yogurt!

Have you ever had frozen yogurt? If so, do you like it better than soft serve ice cream? I am lactose intolerant so I have to watch what I eat when it comes to diary products; oddly enough, I can eat frozen yogurt and not have the problems I have with regular ice cream or soft service ice cream.
TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt) used to have the absolute best products around but I don;t think they have any soft serve stores anymore.

People who are lactose intolerant can take yogurt because the lactic acid in milk has been converted by the bacteria and turned into yogurt and this is why it is easily accepted into the body without the effect of lactose-intolerance. I love yogurt.

Yes, I have frozen yogurt. I like it better than ice cream. But I never see it around my area. Unless it is in the frozen section of the supermarket. When I was a kid..the first time I ever had it was at kentucky Fried Chicken..they had chocolate..when they first came out with th echicken little...many many years ago.

I Love yogurt! i always buy it every night at the Circle-K, but i never buy the frozen one, Or have a frozen one. i am sure it taste the same but hard one. I will try it when i have a chance. And have my own fridge. Happy posting! OOXx`dian

I used to eat heaps of frozen strawberry yogurt back in Oz, but you can't get it here in Thailand. I miss it as it was my favorite frozen treat.

I buy a type of frozen yoghurt that comes in an ice cream container - the brand is Paul's and the two falvours are mango and wildberry. Both are really good and sometimes I prefer it to icecream but only when I feel like a "fruity" frozen treat. If I hanker for chocolate icecream then frozen yoghurt just won't do.

frozen yogurt is awesome-we used to have a store that sold just that-no ice cream..i loved going there.
i have to find a new place that sells it though-that one went out of business :(
