Whats the one place in your house?

Whats is the one place in your home that everyone tends to toss there belongings? Im sure we all do it so I was wondering if there is a certain place that everything got put? We have a sectional sofa in our living room. And it seems like everyone in the house myself included throws there stuff behind the corner piece of the sofa. There is usually a huge pile of stuff behind the sofa. Well at least until I pull the pile out and make everyone put the stuff away. So where is your junk pile in your house?

Stuff get dropped in the living room or by the front door. Both spots have piles of stuff by the end of the day.

well I'd say the bedroom floor. I take off my clothes and in the corner they go. read in bed the book gets tossed there also. Now when the wife reads in bed I always know. You know how magazines always have those annoying postcards all throughout the magazine? Well she rips them out tossing them on the bed then falls asleep. I climb into the bed for the night and I hear, "crunch,crumple,crinkle". HAHAHA! I end up rolling around on those post cards.

Ours is on the one cushion of the house. I throw everything there even, LOL. I have to clean it at least once a week. But we all throw everything there and I pick it all up later. LOL This is a funny question!

Oh no- is there supposed to be just one place? Lol—My sig. other throws his on his kitchen chair- my daughter throws her in the corner of the kitchen and I don’t! I put things away- So I’m constantly on them- Get this stuff picked up! I can’t stand it- Hang up your backpack- instead of leaving it on the floor- throw your dirty clothes to the basement instead of on the kitchen chair- OMG—they drive me crazy!

There isn't one.
My parents are strict with keeping things tidy, so I dump my things in my room.
As for my son he's the only one the rule doesn't apply to lol

Our pile is on my dryer. We use our back door mostly and it comes into our laundry room. So everyone comes in and drops their stuff on the dryer. At our old house it was the kitchen table.

We would have piles everywhere - on every surface, if I did not constantly put stuff away. We have a chest of drawer in the hall where I put peoples piles. We also have several baskets and boxes where I put misplaced items. I just cannot stand clutter and mess - it is ok if it is hidden in drawers, boxes and baskets, and as long as my stuff is in order.

We have a spare room that we use to toss all the stuff that we do not want anywhere else. LOL I am happy we have this room or otherwise everything would probably be in one corner like you!

Well there is only two of us in this household, but everything from keys to mail to junk gets put on the buffet in the dining room, because it's convienent since we pass by it or stop at it when we come in the house from the kitchen. I do have a basket there for mail and usually it gets sorted once a week. Normally I sort it out and take things where they belong. And our shoes get taken off there and set under the buffet. lol

As you walk in to our home you go down a short hallway at the end of the hallway sits our dining room. This has became the spot where the majority of the people who live here will just drop their stuff on to the floor or set their coats on the back of a chair. Its as if they can't move another step while having to carry the items. Usually though everything is picked up and put away before dinner.

The dinning room table gets piled up with stuff until we need to eat on it. Then I clean it off. I then move all the mail into my office which it sits unitl I cannot stand it anymore. LOL
