Do You Remember What Was On Your Bed As A Child  

Well it must of all been in pink i don't remember much except that i always had pink things. I also had alot of stuffed animals. My two favorites were my stuffed poodles i called them fee and foo foo. they were both pink and white. I lived in the 1700's Wolfie so I'm a bit older than you lol

I'm not really sure but I would guess it might have been Strawberry Shortcake (the first time she was popular LOL) since I had curtains and a toybox with her on them. I also remember an orange blanket with that ribbon like trim around the edges because the trim came loose and I got all tangled up in it once!

I had a regular twin size bed in my own room. My sisters were a lot older than me but close in age to each other so they were the ones that had to share a room and have bunk beds!

Hi wolfie, Kid listen, I've got at least 20 years on you! Oh that sounds horrible, doesn't it?
I always had to share a room with my younger sis. At first we had bunk beds, I was on the top. I liked it, made me feel a little more privacy:)
I honestly cannot remember the bedding. We always had sheets, a blanket & some kind of a quilt. I'm thinking flowers on the quilt. I know our old bedroom wallpaper had little apple tree's with little English men by them!:)
I looked at it ALL the time.
I remember my brothers having "Roy Rogers" sheets & pillow cases...

I had sheets an electric blanket and a beadspread, I don't think I ever had anything fancy sheets...but I kept Snowball my precious moments bunny on the bed.

When I got older, I had an antique bedroom set that was hand painted......

duvets were invented when you were young pal but not popular , when my boys were young duvets were just being introduced to the UK .
I won a gorgeus one in an osram competition , it was lovely and I was the envy of all my friends , so I bought my sons one each , T
hay were nylon coversa on the boys ones and the used to keep slipping off during the night , the spent more time geting up to put it back on than they did sleeping , we still laugh about it yet xx

I remember having sheets and bed covers from Sanderson when I had my pink room when I was ten years old. Then when I was twelve I remember the onslaught of duvets and I got the first ones out. They were a sensation, along with walkmans lol! So I do remember how exciting it all was, new for Skandinavia I remember hahaha, it was also along long time ago in the Princess Diana Era lol..

When I was growing up, my bedspread was one that my grandmother had quilted....Red border, with white blocks displaying different quilted sailboats! My brother and I both had one! It's not very often that you see homemade things any more! I grew up with so many homemade things...from sheets, to blankets, clothes, and stuffed animals! My mom has he bedspread now, and a few of the sheet sets that aren't too worn out! My grandmother doesn't quilt or crochet any more, but made sure that all the grandkids had a quilt for their first babies! I look forward to passing them down when my children grow up!
Back to the bed....I had a twin bed until I moved into my own room when I was 14 or 15! Then I had a double! My room was lavender...my favorite color!
I could ramble on forever! But I will stop! You brought back some of the few fond memories I have from my childhood, and I thank you for that!

When I was a child, I was forced to share a room with my younger sister...we had stackable bunkbeds...we usually did not have them stacked though...I had sheets and a quilt that my Grandmother had hand-made for me on it for as long as I can remember...she made it from different baby clothes that I had worn...so it was very special to me....I lost it in a fire and regret that to this day...

My sheets had Raggedy Ann & Andy and the Camel with Wrinkled Knees on them. My blankets were either an afghan my mom crocheted or a quilt my grandmother made for me.

Silly me, I don't even know what a duvet is. Is that a comforter? I had a royal blue comforter that matched my royal blue drapes. I had pink walls and when the sun shone in through the drapes my walls looked almost purple. I had over stuffed bears, dogs and cats on my bed and a night light on my night stand that was in the shape of a mushroom with 2 frogs sitting on little mushrooms.. kind of like sitting under an umbrella.
