Late Night TV Quiz Shows...

Do you get these where you are ? Do you sit up and just watch them or do you sit there phoning in to see if you get through to win something... They are all rigged and you can never get through, although I did sit up one night ringing and never got through (how stupid of me)...And the people that do get through dont know what they are talking about or wouldnt have the slightest clue to the answers...They charge phenominal prices to phone in and some people do it all the time.

Yes we get them on so many channels and they irritate me sooo much! I refuse point blank to watch these shows any more as I feel the same as you do - they are a scam and rigged so badly! The producers of these shows must have made many millions and a lot of people been very shocked and upset when they received their phone bills! xxx

Millions...LOL, Thats for sure..You dont realise how much you do spend when sitting dialing how quickly it all adds up, I have only done this once and NEVER again, lucky though it was only about $30.00 .

I don't watch quiz shows. I find them fairly boring & I don't get time to watch thgis sort of show anyway. My daughter can get quite sucked into quiz shows, as she loves trying to see if she can get the answers.

Hehehe...I can always get the answre (most of the time), but the real trick is trying to get through, you spend an absolute fortune in phone calls, which I have done and never again.

Are you talking about Quizmania? Aren't those female presenters unreal? I have to take my hat off to them to be able to keep talking and smiling the way they do is just amazing. They actually seem to be really enjoying themselves. Of course one night I thought I had one of the words...couldn't believe no-one else had come up with it and thought I was a cinch to take out a big prize. I went to the phone and dialled the first 4 digits and a recorded message cut in saying "this service is not available to this area"...what the ****? How cruel is that???I went back to the teev and someone phoned in with MY word and it wasn't even on the list...oh well...:(

Yes, thats the one.....I think its great...I have only ever phoned in once.....There is/was one on another channel ans all they did was scream, and they wernt funny at all, very very ametaurish..It was just aweful..
