I am craving something sweet. What I really want is a big bowl of Captain Crunch Cereal, and not the peanut butter or the chocolate kind, but the one with the little red crunch berries! To me, there is nothing more satisfying than a bowl of cereal before you go to bed. It seems to keep me from waking up at 5 a.m. with that hungry as a bear feeling.
What is your favorite bed time (Or as my daughter used to call it when she was little: bednight snack) snack?

Love the crunch berries. But, when I had a bowl I would pour the milk and let it sit for a few minutes to soften the crunch berries. When I get a hankering around bedtime, I usually have a slice of cheese. It nips hunger in the bud and doesn't come back to haunt me later as I sleep.

We all seem to be playing that beat the reflux game.

Often, lately, I am eating my evening meal right at bedtime, cause there just is not time to do it at work, and we are short handed at my part time job, so I am there almost full time. I like a sandwich, or sometimes I make a high protein shake, with milk, fruit, icecream or peanut butter. I make one for hubby who works until ten, or later, and often misses his evening break. Cereal is a good bedtime snack, the milk and the carbs do soothe you.

I just found out that I'm allergic to lunch meat. i can't have a sandwich anymore unless it's meat from a whole turkey or ham. It's the processing that I'm allergic to. Some of the cheeses even have begun to break me out in the hives. It's quite the pits.

I love Sugar Pops~! There is one of the grocery stores that has their own store brand of cereal It's Kroger Food Market. I know they are not all over the world, but anyway....their Sugar pops are better than Kellogs~
