The much maligned book by OJ Simpson, "If I Did It" is being published by Beauford Press. They're printing 125,000 copies of the book. The indie publisher already has advanced orders for 116,000 books. It is already number 52 on Amazon.com. The book is set to be released around September 10 or 11, to coincide with the Goldmans' and Denise Brown's guest appearance on Oprah. The book is being sold as "The Ron Goldman For Justice Authorized Version." OJ will not receive a nickel for this book.
So...what's your reaction to this? Will you purchase it? Why or why not?

I simply can't imagine why anyone would want to read this book. It was painfully apparent that he was guilty and how he ever got off was astounding to me. I just hope that the Goldman's do receive the cash from themoney made by this piece of trash literature....it won't bring their son back but at least they may finally recoup some of the cash they were owed from the civil suit.

I think it is ridiculous and I will not give the book a second glance. I have no interest in reading it. Where the money goes is irrelevant. I find it hard to believe that it is so popular that Amazon has already received so many pre-orders. Why? *shakes head*

so, this book is being published with the "ok" of Goldmans family then right?
when i first heard about the book, it thoroughly disgusted me..i mean the gall of OJ to put out something like that would have been like rubbing salt in an open wound to the Goldman and Brown family!
i still dont like the idea..but being that the money will be going to the family and NOT oj..then i guess its ok. i still dont want to read it..i always thought he was guilty anyways.

Might be very late response but this book was just released (I think) here in our area... I think publishing this book is in poor taste period. I don't want to know how he would of "done it" if he did. Isn't it horrendous enough that those two innocent people were murdered? I think O.J. just wants more attention and he is definately getting it with this book, but thankfully he will not profit from it.
Let me just say this, if you are innocent, then why do you feel the need to tell everybody how you would of murdered your wife and friend? I think criminals usually do this, not innocent people.
Shame on Ron Goldman for publishing it too! I can understand buying the rights so that it can't get published and that O.J. won't profit from it, but come on! He should just burn it and bury it.
