Now that sigificant amounts of Madeleine's hair have been found in the trunk...

The one thing I could never understand is why they left the children alone while they went out to eat. I am a parent (both grown now). But I never went out at night while they were sleeping. I never left them alone. It would be bad enough to do that at there own home. But while you are away from home. But yourself in a child's place. You are sleeping and wake up in a strange place to find you are alone? I would never do that to my child. Maybe I'm an overprotective mother. But I just found that a strange thing that they did. I have never been able to understand that.

There is a lot of evidence that the parents know more than they are letting on to. I feel bad for them but if they know what has happened to thier daughter they should fess up. There is the chance that someone has planted the evidence but I think it is a small chance. I wonder if we will ever really know what has happened.
