Mattress, bed or floor?? |
|
Which is the most comfortable to sleep on of all?? Bed should be the most obvious choice for all, but is there anyone with a different opinion, share it..For me, i started out sleeping on mattress on the floor for almost 20yrs b4 i got my own bed.. When i slept on the bed, it was so comfortable that i could doze off right away:) LOL.. But as i sleep longer, i still prefer my mattress on the floor as its much cooler.. haha.. How about u??

1. lecanis (7212) | 3 years ago | I sleep on one of those really comfortable foam mattresses, on the floor. When we moved into our apartment, there wasn't any furnishing really, and we didn't own any furniture, except our couch and Computer Desk. We kept talking about buying a cheap bed frame, but honestly neither my husband nor I really minds sleeping on the floor. Our mattress is very comfortable, and honestly it's safer for me with my vertigo... it makes getting up in the morning easier if I can crawl straight onto the floor and over to the wall first rather than trying to stand up from a bed.

kun2349 (7226) | 3 years ago | Yup, foam mattress is indeed comfortable, is just like sleeping on a bed without frames to make it a proper bed:) But my mattress are those really thin ones but they are equally comfortable as i get to feel the coolest from directly below me;)

lecanis (7212) | 3 years ago | It gets very cold where I live, so I wouldn't want a thin mattress like that.=P

2. beutfulmama6701 (1116) | 3 years ago | ive slept on many different things in the past 6 months. i am pregnant and a true test would be have a pregnant women sleep on various things.. lol.. i went from sleeping on a mattress on the floor, to a mattress on a bed, to a double stuff extra thick air mattress, to a king size one layered air mattress to a futon.. Now i have two crib mattresse under the futon matress and for me so far this seems to be the most comforatable.. sounds funny i know... but when you cant sleep and cant sleepin comforatble posituions you sleep wehre you can no matter how odd it sounds .. as long as your comfy right?? LOL i used to like the floor.. when i was a teenager my mother had this HUGE solid wod coffee table... i used to put a twin size mattress on it ( thats how big it was) and sleep on that it was my most favorite "bed" ever for at least 2 years!

9. angelia286 (765) | 1 year ago | It's the floor for me! No doubt about it! Lol, when I can't sleep in the night, I will just switch from my mattress to my floor and I will be bound to doze off almost immediately!
I had been sleeping on a bed for about 18 years or so before deciding that the bed frame takes up too much space in my room. So, just about 2 years back, I decided to get rid of it and put my mattress on the floor! It was a decision that I had never regretted as sleeping on the mattress on the floor is just so convenient! Lol, if I can't fall asleep finding that it's just too warm, I could switch over to the floor without even having to get up and move downwards!
Sleeping on the floor is so cooling, and there is no need for artificial wind like the air con or the fan to be turned on, and that is something which I really like. We have marble flooring in my house, and that is even cooler when it starts to rain, especially now during the monsoon season! It's a luxury in life that not many people have the chance to enjoy.
Try sleeping on the floor the next time it starts to rain! I am sure you will get addicted to it as well!

I'm being deprived from my bed for at least 20 yrs, before i finally get to sleep on one again wor.. haha=D So, i must cherish the chance well, if not, i will end up sleeping on the mattress on the floor again.. Though i dun really mind, but when there's a better choice, naturally we will go for the better one^_^ lol

10. jnk3dfx (345) | 1 year ago | My preference is Bed always. It gives me a good sleep always, but there are exception some times I will sleep in floor, with only pillow. I prefer floor only when I am too tired and my back is paining, I feel like sleeping in floor. I feel it like floor will observe my pain, may be floor wont do that, still I feel like that way. Also during summer if it is too warm and even fan could create a very less comfort, i chose to sleep on floor.
