most disturbing film

I think Hostel is a very disturbing movie for me. So I am not going to watch Hostel 2. I think this movie is very sick because some people torture others for pleasure. This is very horrible.

Salo or 120(?) days of sodomy. It's pretty weird. You should check it out. It's definitely not for kids and definitely not for the moral crusaders. It's sick. There's a scene where people would get arouse when someone takes a dump. There's also a scene where the people would let their slaves eat poop then they let it stay on the slaves' stomach overnight because it would become a delicacy. So the slaves will then poop then they will make big event with it as their main dish. The makes me puke!

I would say, Wrong turn is the most disturbing and disgusting film I have ever seen.

acmepride-i will have to say passion of christ was very hard for me to watch and i have never forgotin it.it was the most real and sad movie i have ever seen.when jesus mother was wipeing all of that blood off the ground and from round his feet.and was in tears it just broke my hert i will never forget it.if you have not seen it you should really watch it . wounderful.i am not sure who the director is .sorry!

I think the most disturbing film I watched was "The Cell" I don't know who directed it but it had Jennifer Lopez in it. It was a bout a serial killer. She found a way to get into his mind and I am here to tell you it was obscene! I have not watched another movie as disturbing in all my life. I would never watch it again. I think I only finished it the first time because I was in shock.

well.. dunno about disturbing but 'Requiem for a dream' is one of those movies which gives you a shiver through your spines... i would definitely recommend it to anyone who has lately got a liking to drugs..enjoy;)

However, the most overly disturbing film I have ever seen has got to be

"Irreverisble" Directed by Gaspar Noé . This movie made me throw up twice.

It's a brilliant but tragic story. This film is very brutal and

excessively realistic giving it an overwhelmingly disturbing effect.

I really liked it, but I may never watch the movie again.

The most disturbing film I ever seen to date is Quarantine.
It gives me the creeps. There's something about that movie
that totally freaked me out. Maybe it's the hopelessness
because some people were quarantine and screaming for help,
but the soldiers stationed outside the quarantine will gunned
them down if they go out in the building. It's like asking for help
but nobody cares. You are left to die and there's no way out.

I don't watch really disturbing films, but one which gave me nightmares was "Schindler's List", Spielberg. I kept dreaming about the little girl in the red dress.

The Innocents, directed by Jack Clayton, 1961. This old film was based on The Turn of the Screw, Henry James' ghost story. I actually get spooked just reading the book, but I found the film quite terrifying.
