Act your age not your shoe size.  

To me it is just a sate of mind. I am 55 and I certainly do not feel old. How old do I feel? Well, to be honest, about 35. What is my secret? A very active Siberian Husky!! Get a husky, get fit!!

I am 22,but i feel like i am 18.lol and well my age state of mind.lol 18 for sure!

I will be 61 next Thursday. Feel like 25 and act it. Makes life interesting. I do believe that age is just a number. I'm physically active, work part time and walk mega steps everyday doing laundry. I get on the floor and play with our grandkids when they are in town. I also do many things with our kids as I love being with them. If only the mirror didn't tell the truth, ouch! Do have a few smile/laugh lines but no gray hair. I am happy and content.

I have severe chronic pain. So although I do feel younger in my mind, my body doesn't always cooperate. I try to feel 35 although I am 56.

BUT some days I feel like I must be 80 or so.

Well let me think I am 76 years old and feel like 36 why because when i play baseball in a senior league and curl 3 times a week no pain or tenderness anywhere thus my optimistic look at my body age as opposed to my real age by the calendar Thanks for sharing Good Luck Many say age is just a number and that is my belief today

Im just not sure on how Im going to act when the wrinkles start taking over. :(

My shoe size is a 7 medium. I never feel that young. I am 39 for another 2-1/2 months. There are days I feel 25 and days I feel 50. I have back problems, but it's been much better in the last year which makes me feel normal and like I can do normal stuff again.

Age is what we make of it. I think all of us at one point or another say to ourselves, I can't do that anymore.

But I don't feel it. I never had the crying/depressed moods when I hit the mile marker birthdays, although when my brother turned 25 he thought his life was over.

We are and will be as young as we feel. As long as we feel good about ourselves both inside and out, what's a wrinkle or two?

I am 48. Most days I don't feel like I'm over 40. But every once in a while I have a bad day. Like when I was sick a few weeks back. Then I felt about 100.
But I do think it is a state of mind.
